The new County Library, at Barry in the vale of Glamorgan, will open in the first week of January 2007. This is the record of activity by library staff between handover of the building and the opening.

Training
Staff will be able to start shelving books soon. Until that time they are continuing to work on offices, on sorting the book stock and training in the use of new equipment.
