The new County Library, at Barry in the vale of Glamorgan, will open in the first week of January 2007. This is the record of activity by library staff between handover of the building and the opening.

Move complete
Everything has been moved from the leisure centre and all the books have been shelved. We've left space on the shelves for the new stock to be brought up from the basement and interfiled.
